APC- pneumatic bulk cement autoclave

The pneumatic bulk cement autoclave, type APC-10, is a mobile unit designed for loading and transporting powdered materials (cement, barite, gel, clay, bentonite, sand, etc.) in bulk, as well as for unloading these materials directly into the hopper of cementing unit mixers, sand mixers, or other storage containers.

The transport of powdered material is carried out quickly and without degradation, by gravity loading or pneumatic loading, and unloading is performed only pneumatically, using the equipment’s own means.

The pneumatic installation ensures the direction of compressed air to each individual container, variation of the air flow, protection of the containers from overpressure, and selective distribution of air to the container connections for pneumatic or controlled unloading of the powdered material.

The containers, identical in construction and functionality, are designed as pressure vessels according to ISCIR technical regulations and are certified by ISCIR authorities.

The powdered material stored in the containers is unloaded pneumatically through a common discharge manifold shared by both vessels. The shut-off valves on the manifold allow independent unloading of the containers as well as venting during pneumatic loading.
